We offer flexible scheduling for your vehicle pickup and drop-off. We can arrange to pick up or drop off at most locations of your choosing, whether it’s from your home, the departures/arrivals area, cell phone parking, or any other convenient spot. We will request your details and include them in our contract, and we can accommodate any last-minute changes or delays in flights by making necessary adjustments as the travel date approaches.

For services scheduled more than one month in advance, a 50% deposit is required. For bookings within 30 days, full payment is due. If your service is scheduled more than 30 days out, the remaining balance must be paid within the 30-day window. You can pay using credit or debit cards, or e-transfer. While cash is still valued by many, the inconvenience and risk of handling large amounts of cash, especially in busy airport settings, make it impractical. This policy helps us ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

Before transport, service your car, check fluids and tires, and if possible, wash it. Load your personal effects but stay within legal limits for cigarettes, beer, liquor, and restricted food. Pack the trunk, backseats, and footwells, but keep the driver’s seat and the area behind it clear. Complete the US Customs Form CBP 3299 for personal belongings crossing the border without you. We’ll use this form, along with your ID and vehicle details, to handle your customs paperwork and schedule the crossing via commercial or truck lanes.
